Kiefel GmbH, a mechanical engineering company for the processing of plastic films and part of the Brückner Group, is strengthening its management team. Stefan Moll has been responsible for technical matters as CTO since 1 May 2020, with a particular focus on the global medical technology business.
Moll thus complements the existing management Thomas J. Halletz, CEO, and Peter Eisl, CFO. Together, they will focus the company even more strongly on Strategic topics for the future align. Kiefel GmbH develops and produces high-quality machines for processing plastic films.
„Stefan Moll will focus primarily on new technical developments in the Medical division, take over the management of central technical areas of production and at the same time drive forward the company-wide Kiefel digitalisation strategy,“ says Dr Axel von Wiedersperg, CEO Brückner Group.
The connection between Sustainability and digitalisation play a special role in the future. Further investment in technological developments will also equip the medical sector for the future.
As Technical Managing Director at the Fette Compacting Group, a market leader for tablet presses, Moll was most recently responsible for the company's realignment in the areas of digitalisation and process optimisation. Prior to this, he was Managing Director and member of the Executive Board at Comet AG, a manufacturer of industrial X-ray and CT systems. He can also look back on experience in various management positions at B. Braun Avitum AG and Dräger Medizintechnik, among others.
