AR Packaging unites its brands under one roof

The AR Packaging Group unites its seven independent brands under AR Packaging and intends to continue growing both organically and through acquisitions.

The AR Packaging Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers in the packaging sector with a net turnover of more than 900 million euros and production sites in 13 countries. The company is now uniting all its brands under a new identity: AR Packaging.

AR Packaging, currently represented in Germany with 6 plants and around 1100 employees, recorded a Continuous growth and entertained Seven independent brands to date. The common goal was and is to create added value for customers by offering a wide range of products and in-depth expertise in the packaging market. From now on, these brands will merge and operate under the same name.

„By coordinating our brands, customers will have better access to our unified and comprehensive offering, including our multi-substrate packaging materials. Our driving force is to, to become the preferred partner for packaging solutions on the market and we are well positioned to optimally support customers in growing their business,“ says CEO Harald Schulz.

Aiming for further growth

The seven brands that are now being combined into one are AR Packaging, A&R Carton, Flextrus, CC Pack, SP Containers, Maju Jaya and AR Packaging Digital. In addition, the four recently acquired brands Nampak Carton Nigeria, K+D, rlc packaging and BSC Drukarnia Opakowan registered under the new name. This is in line with AR Packaging's growth strategy, as the company is preparing and striving for further growth both organically and through acquisitions.

AR Packaging has a large customer base of established international companies, including regional and local customers - in more than 50 countries worldwide. The company develops and produces Cardboard-based and flexible packaging for many blue chip and local companies, for example in the areas of Pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and confectionery.

Sustainability and product protection

With increasing concern for the environment, there is a clear change in consumer behaviour, which is prompting more and more manufacturers and food chains to eliminate single-use plastic products and Clear targets for minimising environmental impact to be defined. The global packaging industry must respond to this change and AR Packaging, with its technological and innovative positioning, believes it is ideally placed to play an important and prominent role in this transformation.
