The coronavirus pandemic continues to shake up the international trade fair calendar. The organisers of the Italian packaging trade fair Ipack-IMA have decided to hold the trade fair one year later.
There was actually still time. Normally, the next Ipack-IMA would not have taken place until May 2021. However, because the economic uncertainty this summer is great and realistic planning for exhibitors and visitors is not fully possible, the Milan trade fair organisers are pulling the ripcord early.
The new date for Ipack-IMA is 3 to 6 May 2022. Not affected by the postponement is a trade fair that normally always takes place at the same time as the packaging trade fair. „Plast“, which is organised by the Italian plastics machinery industry association Amaplast, will not be postponed. The original date of 4 to 7 May 2021 remains unchanged.
