Europe-wide digital trade in waste paper on one marketplace

The marketplace offers users efficient and secure trading of waste paper. Over 180 registered companies are already making use of this offer today. They trade with more than 32,000 tonnes of waste paper every month, divided into 24 varieties. There are no admission fees or monthly fees for using the platform, only a brokerage fee for each transaction, which, like the graduated prices, is dependent on quantities and varieties.

Paper mills, waste disposal companies and retailers are already gathering on the marketplace for digital trading. Now the Berlin-based company also invite printing companies, retailers and the packaging industry, to market waste paper at better conditions and faster. Other European countries are also on the agenda in the coming months in order to allow international flows to pass through the marketplace.
