Public voting for the Pro Carton Young Designers Award 2021 is now open. Voting is open until the end of August on the Pro Carton Website The winner will be announced at a virtual online ceremony on 6 September 2021.
This year, a record number of entries were received for the annual packaging design competition for young talent in Europe: a total of 643 entries, a four-fold increase compared to five years ago. 109 schools and universities in 22 European countries took part in the awards programme, which began in 2004.
The winner of the public vote will win an iPad, while the five jury favourites will be invited to visit Austria, where they will receive an internship at the Mayr-Melnhof Group, one of Europe's largest cartonboard companies.
