Gerhard Schubert GmbH will be presenting extensive information on the Lightline machine programme and a flexible TLM packaging machine in action at this year's Fachpack.

The Crailsheim-based packaging machine manufacturer demonstrates how, with support from the experts at Schubert-Consulting, robot-supported TLM technology and early planning can make the switch to Environmentally friendly packaging solutions in such a way that sustainability and cost-effectiveness can be reconciled. Thanks to the modular system from Schubert packaging machines can be customised precisely to the customer's requirements. The systems can thus flexibly designed The experts will be demonstrating that they process both conventional and recyclable plastic and cardboard packaging. The experts at the stand will provide information about the company's in-house packaging development.

The machine programme includes three pre-configured packaging machine types for standard packaging tasks: In addition to the Cartonpacker, these also include pick-and-place applications with the Pickerline and packaging in tubular bags with the Flowpacker. For the Food manufacturer Ülker a machine consisting of a flowpacker and cartoner was developed with which the Turkish company packs its chocolate bars.
