Berry Global has developed a new, lighter polypropylene closure especially for sauce bottles that is recyclable and saves material.
With the development of a lightweight and recyclable closure solution that also offers advantages in terms of consumer convenience, the Berry Global also demonstrate its capabilities in the field of circuit design. The closure is made from 100 per cent polypropylene (PP), is lighter than comparable solutions and saves material without compromising strength and durability.
The design of the closure is characterised by an elongated, narrow spout that enables controlled and precise product dispensing. It is available as a snap-on or screw-on version and is suitable for bottles with a 38 mm neck finish, including Berry's extensive range of standard sauce bottles. This enables the company to offer its customers a complete bottle and closure solution.
