Packaging Technology" becomes "Packaging": The former Group members R.Weiss Verpackungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG and R.Weiss Maschinenbau GmbH merge to form R.Weiss Packaging GmbH & Co. KG.
Both members of the R.Weiss Group have already worked closely together. According to the company, R.Weiss Maschinenbau GmbH as a whole was R.Weiss Packaging GmbH & Co. KG and will become its legal successor. According to the company, this measure is intended to underline the globalisation of the company's activities and offer business partners an even more efficient organisation in future. All previous framework conditions such as the company headquarters in Crailsheim, business address, owner's name and management remain unchanged.
