Even the best machine is of no use if it is not optimally integrated into the manufacturing process. The cutting-die manufacturer Marbach is therefore now offering its customers a service package that provides information on productivity and potential improvements in the die-cutting process.

This Marbach service consists of several steps: As a basis, the set-up process at the packaging manufacturer is filmed, sequenced and analysed from various perspectives and the potential savings are calculated. In addition, Marbach application engineers inspect the machine and its surroundings. The results of this analysis and the resulting optimisation potential, including measures, are then presented to the customer and discussed with them. If required, Marbach supports the implementation of defined measures.
