Every year, the University of St. Gallen conducts a study and uses the results to compile an index of the best companies. According to this index, Leuze can once again call itself the world market leader in the field of optical sensors in 2023.
Who is a global market leader and who is not? This question is answered by the cross-industry World Market Leader Index of the University of St. Gallen. According to Professor Christoph Müller, head of the study, these include Globally active and successful companies with leading technology and mostly family-run management. The index is based on a database with over 1000 entries of potential global market leaders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The current index was published in Wirtschaftswoche on 7 November.
Already since 2016 Leuze in the World Market Leader Index (WMF Index) of the Henri B. Meier Entrepreneurial School of the University of St. Gallen and the Academy of German World Market Leaders (ADWM). And in 2023, Leuze can continue to call itself the world market leader in the field of optical sensors. This award is only given to internationally active companies that have one thing in common: They stand for leading, innovative technologies and outstanding product and service quality.
