Gute liability properties

The new ink is visible under normal lighting conditions. colourless and fluoresces a bluish colour under black light. It is MEK solvent-based and therefore offers Good adhesion properties on a variety of different substrates. These include coated cartons, glossy labels, vial caps and closures and dark substrates onto which a barcode is to be applied.

The colourless, fluorescent UV ink is ideal for GS1 DataMatrix and other 2D codes and also holds Autoclaving stand. This ink offers drying times of two to three seconds on non-porous substrates such as ABS, HDPE, PET, PVC and nylon. Adhesion is very good on a wide range of substrates.

This ink is designed for use with the Videojet 8610 Thermal Ink Jet Printer intended to be used with a revolutionary cartridge technology was developed for MEK inks. The 8610 TIJ printer is ideal for applications that require crisp, repeatable codes on foils, films, plastics and coated substrates. It offers up to four times the resolution of a continuous ink jet printer.
