Security labels serve as an indicator to consumers as to whether a product will arrive at their door without being opened by the manufacturer. The labelling specialist Securikett has now presented a completely transparent version for this purpose.
The so-called "HighContrastVoid" is an invisible label that blends seamlessly into any product or packaging design without changing the external appearance of the product and at the same time offers the desired product protection. The inconspicuous label transforms when removed. A previously invisible motif becomes visible when it is removed.
The motif of the opening effect can be customised, allowing subtle integration of a company logo. Vanessa Mitterer, Head of the R&D department at Securikett: "The completely transparent design of the labels means that no changes to the packaging design are necessary for the customer and that the packaging can be customised. the appearance of the product is not affected in any way. On the other hand, the surprising opening effect leads to an unforgettable 'unboxing' experience for the consumer."
