Award for employer qualities

The patron of the „Employer of the Future“ initiative is the former Federal Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries. In 2012, the company employed Faubel around 120 employees. In 2017, the workforce already consisted of 230 people. There are now 300 employees working for the Group at its headquarters in Melsungen and at other locations in Europe, Asia and the USA. The Group's annual turnover has increased from 20 million euros in 2012 to 52.9 million euros in 2022. For Managing Director Martin Kuge, this positive result was only possible „because we Thanks to our workforce, we were able to react flexibly to order peaks.
