At this year's LogiMAT, HSM GmbH + Co. KG, Frickingen, will be focussing on three machines from the V-Press vertical baling press series: performance and durability make them economical waste disposal solutions.
The series combines HSM's quality standards with high profitability. With the smallest, the HSM V-Press 60, is a mobile collection container with a mounted manual press for voluminous packaging materials such as plastic film, plastic and paper sacks as well as wrapping paper and light cardboard packaging.
The HSM V-Press 825 is characterised by its very low transport height. The baling process starts when the door is closed and runs automatically. The bale, which weighs up to 280 kg, can be transported away on a pallet.
The HSM V-Press 860 L Produces bales with a recess for easy transport without a pallet. The bales can be moved with pallet trucks or forklifts. The cycle time is reduced by up to 40 per cent with this technology compared to conventional drives. Thanks to a pressing force of 548 kN and the extremely stable press plate guide, used packaging materials such as cardboard and film are compacted effortlessly. The bales can reach a weight of up to 460 kg and are loaded as standard by a 4-fold wire strapping held together. Polyester strapping is also available as an option.
