Mala becomes Bericap Aluminium

In 2020, Bericap took over the family-owned company Mala Verschluss-Systeme GmbH, headquartered in Bad Liebenstein and complemented its product range with aluminium closures for spirits, wine, non-alcoholic beverages and cooking oil. Bericap closed a strategic gap with the acquisition: The Budenheim-based manufacturer of plastic closures for the beverage, food and chemical industries was able to expand its product range with the following products in particular aluminium roll-on closures widely used in the spirits and wine market expand.

Bericap now provides customers with everything from a single source - from simple Roll On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) aluminium closures to highly complex safety closures. Individual requirements and wishes can be precisely fulfilled, including Numerous decoration and design solutions - among other things through our own technologies in flat, side and foil printing.
