The ALF 5000 V promises high-precision filling technology for the Precise and gentle filling of small-volume parenterals. When filling high-priced products such as blood plasma derivatives, the focus is on a high yield, minimised product loss and precise filling processes. The consistent further development of the successful platform aims to achieve this thanks to new functionalities. With the ALF 5000 V, the company offers pharmacists a flexible solution for combining two filling systems on one platform. While the time-pressure filling system is suitable for high volumes, the peristaltic pump with up to twelve filling stations enables Product-friendly operation and precise dosing of very small quantities.

After filling, a high-precision inspection of products and containers ensures product quality. For the first time, you can see live how Combine visual inspection and leak testing (CCIT) in a space-saving and efficient way on an AIM5 for vials can. The machine on display features a combination of a pre-rotation tower and camera technology for the visual inspection of liquid and lyophilised products as well as a state-of-the-art measuring sensor in the star wheel for oxygen measurement.

With its range of solutions Syntegon all steps in the manufacture of liquid pharmaceuticals: This also includes a new Bioprocess plant and formulation systems for small-volume parenterals subsidiary Pharmatec and freeze dryers with a patented loading and unloading concept from Schoeller-Bleckmann Medizintechnik (SBM).
