New hall concept at ProSweets Cologne 2025

ProSweets Cologne is presenting a new hall concept in 2025. The concept provides for a clearer segmentation into four thematic focal points in order to offer trade fair visitors an improved overview and orientation.

With the new concept, the trade fair management also wants to strengthen the emotionalisation of the individual theme areas. With the introduction of so-called theme worlds, the A stronger focus on the entire value chain. Parallel to the ProSweets Cologne ISM, the international confectionery trade fair, will also take place as part of Sweet Week in 2025. The „Lab5 by ISM“ focusses on innovations, trend snacks, start-ups and small businesses and will be located directly at the East Entrance to the trade fair in future. World of Sweet & Snackable Ingredients: This theme world is all about raw materials and ingredients for the production of confectionery and snacks. The increasing demand for innovative, cost-effective and sustainable products is addressed here.

World of Production Technology: This theme world is dedicated to technologies that optimise the production of confectionery and snacks and make it more efficient.

In addition to the thematic reorientation, ProSweets Cologne 2025 will offer a varied event programme. At the Expert Stage and the new „Sweet Week - Talks & Tastings Stage“, trade visitors can find out about current industry topics. Special emphasis will be placed on an organised matchmaking programme designed to promote business relationships between production managers and machine suppliers.
