The Vivo 18 enables even adhesive application with precise edge definition and clean tear-off. Save time and space
Unglued tear-open threads can be applied directly to cardboard with the flat head. The production speed can be increased to 250 m/min for pressure-sensitive adhesive closures. Format changes in the application width can be carried out easily via exchangeable masks in the nozzle.
At 32 mm, Vivo 18 is the narrowest flat head on the market. Two heads can be mounted next to each other to save space, for flexible variants up to a maximum of two pressure-sensitive adhesive seals and one tear strip. The tapered nozzle also ensures that adhesive can be applied close to folded cardboard packaging or existing tear strips.
