SIG InnoVentures and Optima join PulPac's ownership group as new strategic investors. This announcement follows the existing partnership between PulPac and Optima announced in September 2024. The initiative aims to accelerate the availability of fibre-based closures at scale.

SIG InnoVentures and packaging machine manufacturer Optima have joined PulPac as new shareholders. This strategic investment expands PulPac's existing investor group and underlines the confidence both companies have in PulPac. PulPac and its dry moulded fibre technology, which aims to pave the way for innovative and responsible alternatives to single-use plastic.
