Two Westphalian family businesses want to join forces in the „filling and palletising“ sector. To this end, they are founding a new, joint company. In March, „Windmöller & Hölscher“ from Lengerich and „Haver & Boecker“ from Oelde signed a „letter of intent“ to this end.
The aim of the partnership is to combine the development, production, sales and service of systems for the FFS packaging of free flowing Bulk solids to the finished Pallet under one roof.
Both companies each have just under 3,000 employees and will each hold 50 per cent of the shares in the new company. Further details about the Joint ventures will be announced in mid-June at Achema 2018.
