The Marchesini Group will be presenting new machine solutions for pharmaceutical and cosmetics packaging at FACHPACK 2025 in Nuremberg. According to the company, the focus is on efficiency, recyclability and digital services.
The Marchesini Group, manufacturer of machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, will be exhibiting technologies from both sectors in Hall 3C, Stand 462.
A 16-lane stickpack machine will be presented for the pharmaceutical division, which, according to the company, is designed for high efficiency and accuracy in the packaging of pharmaceuticals. It processes polypropylene materials - with or without a polyethylene layer - and therefore fulfils the requirements of the European PPWR regulation. These monomaterials such as OPP or BOPP with a metallised intermediate layer are fully recyclable and could be an alternative to conventional PET/ALU composites.
In the cosmetics sector, the Group will be exhibiting the AXO 1000 automatic tube filling machine from the Axomatic brand and the JAM 42 monoblock machine from Rejves Machinery. According to the company, the JAM 42 enables the filling of liquid, viscous and foaming products - such as nail varnish, perfume, cleaning agents or creams - and offers flexibility in terms of closure types.
The trade fair presence will be complemented by digital solutions, including a customer portal designed to improve after-sales service. This includes offers for predictive maintenance and optimised spare parts supply.
