Pawi introduces a new management trio with Urban Ettlin, Edoardo Finotti and Silvan Flury. The change is intended to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Andreas Keller, who shaped the company as Group CEO for over 35 years, retired from operational business at the end of February 2026. However, Keller will remain closely associated with Pawi as Chairman of the Board of Directors and company owner. His experience and strategic foresight will continue to influence the company's development in the future.
New top management with co-CEO model
The management of the Singen site will be handed over from Ralf Kautzmann to the new Co-CEOs Urban Ettlin, Edoardo Finotti and Silvan Flury on 1 April 2026. This trio already manages the Winterthur site and is now also taking over responsibility in Singen. This decision is aimed at strengthening organisational cooperation between the two locations and enabling more efficient, future-oriented further development.
Focus on continuity and stability
The change in management has been carefully planned to ensure continuity for customers, partners and employees. All previous contacts will remain in place, and ongoing projects and existing agreements will not be affected by the change in management. Ralf Kautzmann will actively oversee the handover until the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and guarantee stability during this phase.
Strategic development as a goal
Andreas Keller, who has strategically developed and sustainably positioned the company, will accompany Pawi's strategic development together with his two subsidiaries and other members of the Board of Directors. This continuity in the strategic direction should ensure that Pawi continues to be recognised as a reliable partner in the packaging industry in the future.
The new Co-CEOs Urban Ettlin, Edoardo Finotti and Silvan Flury are faced with the challenge of continuing the successful work of their predecessors and at the same time providing new impetus, according to reports.
