Novvia Group has acquired packaging supplier APC Packaging. The Florida-based company supplies sustainable premium packaging for beauty and skincare brands. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Novvia, based in St. Louis, Missouri, is expanding its position in the Beauty and Personal Care segment with this acquisition. APC Packaging was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. The company primarily supplies customers in the premium skincare and cosmetics sectors with plastic and glass containers, closures, and other packaging components.

The step follows the acquisition of Garrett Hewitt International in May 2025. Furthermore, Novvia also recently acquired Saxco International, thereby expanding its activities in the consumer packaging sector.

Lisa and Christina Lin, the previous majority shareholders of APC Packaging, will continue to run the business and be responsible for day-to-day operations. Christina Lin stated: „We are very pleased to start the next chapter of our company together with Novvia.“ Lisa Lin added: „We look forward to leveraging Novvia’s scale, relationships, and expertise to expand our product offering, grow our services, and provide even greater value to our customers.“

Expansion of the beauty packaging platform

According to Novvia, APC Packaging is strengthening the Group's growing consumer division. The company offers, among other things, packaging solutions with refillable systems, recyclable materials and PCR content.

Bob Boucher, CEO of Novvia, said: „APC is an excellent company that fits very well with our growing consumer segment.“ He added that they look forward to building on the existing growth momentum together with Lisa and her team and further scaling the beauty packaging platform.
