With the new water-based and solvent-free product line „Hydrolux Paper-Finish“, Grönenbacher Lackfabrik presents water and grease-repellent coatings that can even be used in the food industry.
All products from the Paper finish range are quick-drying and are said to be characterised by an excellent finish. They can be applied by both rolling and spraying. To UV coatings They therefore represent an energy-saving and low-emission alternative - with the same Water and grease repellent properties.
Anti-slip finish and electrically dissipative hydro-clear lacquer
The product line currently comprises seven different High-end coatings. These include an anti-slip paper finish and an electrically dissipative hydro-clear lacquer.

Good values for water repellency and grease barrier effect
The Allgäu-based company particularly emphasises what it considers to be the very good COBB values which characterise the highly water-repellent effect of the paper finish. Even when applied in a single layer, the corresponding product Cobb-1800 achieves values in accordance with ISO 535:1991 of 70 grams per square metre with a layer thickness of two micrometres. In combination with a Barierre-BaseCoat as a primer, even values of ten grams per square metre can be achieved.
