The QX-500 tray sealer is powerful, energy-efficient, very compact and can be easily integrated into existing or new packaging lines. With this new development, Ishida fulfils the requirements of the food industry, Maximise yield and output without compromising on product or packaging quality while minimising environmental impact.
A complete line for packaging snacks in pouches combines a 14-head CCW-RV multihead weigher, an Inspira flow-wrapping machine, a new TSC-AS seal tester and an equally new ACP cartoner. The Product loss and film waste are reduced to almost zeroand the overall equipment effectiveness is more than 99 per cent.
