On 19 October, experts and brands from the industry will meet in Heidelberg for the 26th Packaging Dialogue of the German Packaging Museum. Under the motto „Courageous Brands - Tired Markets“, there will be an opportunity for exchange and a programme of presentations.
Whether industrial giant, luxury icon or medium-sized brand manufacturer: German companies are under pressure and consumers are suffering from inflationary prices. Exorbitant energy costs, government requirements and regulations prevent any planning security. Labour shortages, signs of inflation and recession are giving rise to fears. Some augurs are already talking about the threat of industrial extinction.
How do brands behave in such difficult times? Can they develop their strengths, new energies and courage? Right now, the Superiority of personal exchange. Every year, high-ranking representatives of major brands present their views as part of the packaging dialogue. This year, Frank Schübel, CEO of the traditional tea manufacturer „TEEKANNE“, will be one of them. Other speakers include Horst Brinkmann („STABILO“), Thomas Faller („FALLER Konfitüren“) and Jürgen Betz („BORGWARD Zeitmanufaktur“).
