Robatech AG has opened its new production site in Znojmo, Czech Republic. With the new plant, the company aims to expand its proximity to European markets, shorten delivery routes and strengthen its competitiveness in the EU.

At the official opening ceremony for the new production site in Znojmo, Czech Republic, company owner Marcel Meyer emphasised that this plant is more than just a new production site. „It is a clear commitment to growth, customer proximity and sustainable innovation.“

„With shorter delivery routes and optimised processes, we are strengthening our competitiveness in Europe - and at the same time guaranteeing the highest Swiss quality standards.“

Development and quality assurance remain anchored in Switzerland, to ensure the highest standards and Swiss expertise. Production at the new plant, which was remodelled and refurbished by Robatech, began last year. While sufficient employees have been found for the current capacity utilisation, plant manager Pavel Holanek is still in search of suitable local suppliers, which can supply aluminium castings, machined parts, sheet metal structures, moulded plastic parts and electrical and electronic assemblies to Robatech's specifications.

With the new location, Robatech is taking an important strategic step for the future. The combination of Swiss quality and local production should make it possible to supply customers even more flexibly and sustainably.
