Volpak, manufacturer of horizontal form-fill-seal systems, has joined forces with Amcor and Menshen to launch a fully recyclable mono-material bag with precise dosing.

FlexoDose Light was developed in co-operation between the three companies and combines sustainable materials, an eye-catching design and maximum user-friendliness. The Stand-up pouch with integrated Lotus sealing cap from Menshen ensures drip-free dispensing down to the last drop - without product loss. The flexible mono-PE structure (Amcor) reduces storage and transport volumes and sets visual accents on the shelf.

Ready to use for food, personal & home care

Whether ketchup, shampoo or detergent: FlexoDose Light fulfils requirements across the markets - from hygiene and convenience to sustainability. The pouch is ideal for applications where precise, clean dosing and easy handling are required.

Through the FlexoDose Light is fully recyclable thanks to the use of polyethylene for the bag and closure and complies with the current EPR (extended producer responsibility) and PPWR requirements. Compared to rigid plastic bottles, CO₂ emissions can be significantly reduced - both in production and in logistics.
