At this year's Drinktec in Munich, the KHS Group will be showcasing its current portfolio of technologies and services for the beverage and packaging industry. Digital tools, sustainable packaging solutions and new machine developments for PET, glass and canning lines will take centre stage at the trade fair.

Under the heading „Line Management & Connectivity“, KHS presents new and innovative further developed software solutions, including Innoline Basic Line Monitoring, Innoline Flex Control and the KHS Connect App Guide. A new addition to the programme is Line Coaching, which supports customers in improving the efficiency of their lines in a targeted manner and using digital solutions in a practical way.

PET developments: compact and resource-saving

With the InnoPET FreshSafe QuadBlock, KHS combines four central process steps in one compact block system - from stretch blow moulding and coating to filling and labelling. This is supplemented by a particularly lightweight 0.25-litre bottle made from 100 per cent recycled PET which, at just 6.2 grams, is one of the lightest in the world.

New developments for glass and cans

In the glass segment, KHS is presenting the new Innoclean Cascade-D, a Bottle washer with reduced energy consumption and compact design. Together with partners such as Ferrum Packaging AG and H. F. Meyer, KHS will also be exhibiting the SmartCan Eco - a Compact line solution for the can segment with up to 93 per cent smaller hygiene area.

Co-operations strengthen system expertise

Of central importance to KHS are its Co-operations with other technology leaders. Since 2024, this has included the Austrian company Tyrolon GmbH, which specialises in transport stars and neck clamp systems. The two companies will be presenting their complete solutions for glass and PET lines together for the first time at Drinktec.
