Philipp Wilhelm has been a member of the management team at Carl Berberich GmbH since mid-January and supports the two Managing Directors Niklas Eren and Karsten Knodel in strategic, conceptual and operational tasks and projects.
With his 14 years of experience as a managing director in the SME sector, Philipp Wilhelm acts as a central coordinator and moderator for the management in his new role. He is responsible for the strategic and organisational development of the company, prioritises key issues and strengthens company-wide project management. He also supports acquisitions, investments and co-operations.
Philipp Wilhelm studied business administration at the University of Tübingen and in the USA. During his time as a management consultant, he gained intercultural expertise through Europe-wide projects. In his professional career, the 48-year-old has held various management positions and has strong leadership and development skills as well as industry expertise in retail and production. Most recently, he was Managing Director of Seismografics JK GmbH.
According to the paper wholesaler, Philipp Wilhelm is a reliable team player with a hands-on mentality who has already held the positions of Deputy Purchasing Manager and Business Unit Manager at Berberich Systems in the past.
