HERMA GmbH, headquartered in Filderstadt, Germany, supports the Swedish spice specialist Kryddhuset in fast and perfect labelling with a type 362E labelling system. It impresses with its particularly short set-up times and ease of adjustment when changing the various product formats.
The combination of high precision, compactness, extremely fast changeover and excellent price-performance ratio was decisive for the decision. The new type 362E labeller can be used for both double-sided labelling as well as for wrap-around labelling can be used.
„One of our most important core competences is developing new product ideas around the topic of spices,“ says Paolo Labardi, managing director and owner of Kryddhuset, which is based near Gothenburg. And Kryddhuset is extremely creative in its approach. „With creations like this, the Visually unusual product design and shape plays a major role,“ says the Kryddhuset Managing Director. The range of product heights varies between 50 and 300 millimetres, the width between 30 and 120 millimetres.
„The new HERMA system gives us a great deal of freedom in labelling because it is highly flexible and quick to convert. At the PoS, it's not just the design of the labels that plays a key role, but also their Perfect fit plays a major role,“ emphasises Labardi. „However, the HERMA system works extremely precisely for all labelling types, even at higher speeds,“ confirms the Kryddhuset Managing Director. After all, up to 200 spice containers per minute are possible with double-sided labelling or 100 products with wrap-around labelling.
