Xeikon has now launched a digital label printing press based on the new Cheetah 2.0 technology generation.

In view of the increasing demand for the individualised mass production, shorter delivery times and greater product diversification Both label converters and brand owners can use the new digital label printing machine Xeikon CX300 as an innovative solution at the forefront of a rapidly developing industry.

The new label printing press features a Print width of 330 mm and a Production capacity of more than 50,000 square metres per month in single-shift operation. This full-colour printing press is equipped with five printing stations, including CMYK and opaque white that can be applied in a single pass, but also supports colour space expansion as well as corporate and security colours.

The Xeikon CX300 is based on the Cheetah 2.0 technology and can be used effortlessly in three-shift operation without compromising on print quality. It strongly supports Growing end customer markets such as food, pharmaceutical products and other applications with self-adhesive labels. Your Dry toner technology ensures a higher level of food safety than all other digital printing technologies. The Cheetah toner also includes the recently announced QB toner technology, which also increases its future security with regard to future laws and regulatory requirements.

In addition, the Xeikon CX300 is ideal for markets where demanding substrates, such as naturally textured paper, process. These include wine and spirits, craft beer and luxury foods. But also Labels for health and cosmetics benefit from the high-quality full-colour printing and the opaque white applied in a single pass. Of course, the printing press can also be used for the production of Hot transfer, wet glue and wrap-around labels, Inmould labelling (IML) and Boxes can be used.
