Kama GmbH will be showcasing the latest technologies and solutions with a high degree of automation for print finishing and refinement. Under the motto „Mastering the future", their high efficiency and flexibility will be presented in both conventional and digital workflows for small to medium print runs.

The traditional machine manufacturer stands for finishing and refinement in commercial and packaging printing and is regarded as a trendsetter for short-run finishing in digital printing and digital packaging printing. In live demonstrations, the Dresden-based company will show Modern further processing and efficient folding carton production with very short set-up times on the ProCut 76 Foil and FlexFold 52i. With these two solutions, the specialists offer the complete workflow from die-cutting and finishing through to fully automated folding carton production with Braille and 100 per cent inspection.

For the first time at the world's leading trade fair, the company is presenting its concept for a fully automated workflow in the future. This includes an automatic system for changing tools at the die cutter and robotised transport to the fully automatic FlexFold 52i folder gluer, which switches to the next job in just five to ten minutes using the AutoMove function.

The company also announces a Pioneering new development for digital finishing on. The new Hammerhead 76/106 for digital spot varnish and digital film application is equipped with patented features that enable smooth integration into existing workflows. The robustly built machine is characterised by top quality, high production speeds and simple operation.
