Whether folding cartons, cardboard boxes or corrugated cardboard containers - cardboard packaging is the ideal shipping and outer packaging for goods of all types and sizes. There are good reasons to celebrate them almost every day. Traditionally on 25 August, however, cartons make a particularly big splash - with their own day.
A second life for outer packaging
Last year, TV manufacturer Samsung changed the packaging of its Serif, Frame and Sero lifestyle televisions. Since then, the boxes have been made from reinforced corrugated cardboard, which buyers can use to create something after unpacking. This creative video shows the possibilities:
